A Retirement Reception honoring Campus Maintenance Supervisor Jay Jones, will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., in the Class of '59 Gallery and Lounge in the Ridgway University Center. Please join us in thanking Jay for 24 year of service to UE. 

After 22 years, Larry Horn, Director of Facilities Management is retiring. Please join us on Friday, May 30, from 2-4 p.m. in the Class of 59 Gallery & Lounge in Ridgway University Center to wish him a wonderful retirement and thank him for his many years of service to the campus community. 

The UE Bookstore will be CLOSED on Friday, May 30, for our year end inventory. If you need to purchase something please plan accordingly.

Mari Plikuhn, assistant professor of sociology, and two alumnae, Ashlee Niehaus ('12, Political Science) and Rebecca Reeves ('12, Psychology and Sociology) had their article, "Sixty-Five Isn't What It Used to Be: Changes and Trends in the Perceptions of Older Adults" published in the current volume of the International Social Science Review.
