The office of marketing and communication has finalized a one-stop shopping location on our website to make it easy to view all the activities of the University in one place. There is a link from the homepage of our website, but you can also go directly to it at www.evansville.edu/calendar.
It is easy to submit an item for inclusion to the calendar through the marketing request form. Please bookmark this page for easy access: http://www.evansville.edu/offices/marketing/projectrequest/.
Please check the dates for events about which you are aware or are coordinating. If the event is missing from the master calendar, please use the marketing form to submit it.
If you have a long list of events that are similar in nature (recurring meetings or performances, for example), the office of marketing and communication will work with you to get them all entered at once. Please submit a request form and then e-mail the list to web@evansville.edu with Master Calendar Additions in the subject line.
We feel confident this master calendar will help the entire campus community. It will help avoid scheduling competing events, make the information readily accessible for ourselves and our visitors, etc.
