Is it time for your annual mammogram?

The St. Mary’s Mobile Mammography Unit will be at at the Crayton E. and Ellen Mann Heath Center (Sampson Hall) on Friday, November 16 from 8:00 a.m.–noon.

Mobile Digital Mammography is designed to provide a very convenient means for today’s busy woman to complete routine testing. The screening will utilize digital mammography technology, the most advanced mammography imaging available.

To qualify, it must be one year and one day since your last mammogram.

Please bring your insurance card for billing purposes.  Appointments can be made by calling St. Mary’s Breast Center at 812-485-4437.

Adventist Campus Ministries will be having Bible study on Thursday night from 7-8 p.m. in Room153 (Eades Music Room) in the McCurdy Wing of Schroeder Family School of Business Administration Building.

If you are a physical therapy major, undergraduate or graduate student, you should get involved in UE's Physical Therapy Club. The next club meeting is October 12 at 12 p.m. in Graves Hall 104. This is not an interview or job opportunity.  This seminar will feature speakers from the above organizations who will share key qualities to be successful abroad as well as internships available with global companies.  A few days before the event, you will receive confirmation and travel arrangements.

 Following the opening round of play at the Butler Fall Invitational, freshman Alex Turner is tied for 8th place as the University of Evansville men’s golf team is in fourth place.Turner notched a 72 in round one and is six strokes off of the lead.  Parker Hensley carded a 1-over 73 en route to a tie for 10th place while Quinn Vilneff was a shot behind with a 74.  He is tied for 13th.

Will Knights registered a 76 in Monday’s round while Rick VoyVodic notched an 80.  A pair of players are in the tournament as individuals as Craig Niemeier notched a 76 while Josiah Ashba had a 78.

Butler sits atop the leaderboard following the first round with a 281.  Wisconsin-Green Bay stands in second with a 288 while IUPUI is third (293) and the Purple Aces sit in fourth with 295. 

The Bulldogs have the top two individuals as Andrew Wegeng leads everyone following his round of 66 while Colin Reenan is second with a 67.

The teams played just one round on Monday as play was delayed nearly three hours due to frost on the course.

Freshman Paige Crafton shot a 79 as the University of Evansville women’s golf team sits in ninth place following the opening round of play at the Butler Invitational.Due to frost on the course, the squads had roughly a 3-hour delay and played just one round on Monday.

Crafton is tied for 23rd following the opening round of play.  Just behind her is Sydney Skiles, who tallied an 81 and sits in a tie for 30th. 

Cathy Doyle and Kelly Lamarche recorded rounds of 84 while Dana Hayden carded an 86.  Shooting as an individual, Rachel Marchi notched a 102.

Bowling Green leads the way in the event with a 300 while there is a three-way tie for second as Bradley, IUPUI and Eastern Illinois each notched a 305. 

Shelby Wilson of BGSU leads the individuals as she notched a 71 to go into the final day of play with a one stroke lead over Danielle Lemek of Bradley.
