2025 W-2 forms have been processed for all employees and student workers. If you have consented to receive your W-2 electronically, you may now view and print your form through Self Service. If you grant electronic consent now in Self Service, your W-2 will be available immediately.

To access your W-2, log in to Self Service at https://selfservice.evansville.edu, Select the Tax Information tab, click W-2 Information, and choose the 2025 statement.

For those who did not consent to electronic delivery, W-2 forms will be mailed.

1098-T Forms

2025 1098-T forms have been processed for students. By providing consent for electronic 1098-T, you can view/print your 1098-T now. Simply log into Self-Service at https://selfservice.evansville.edu and go to “Tax Information." Click the option “1098 Information."

1098-T will be mailed to those students who do not provide their consent to electronic 1098-T.
